Shipping:
- Do you ship anywhere in the world on all of your products?
- 95% of our products ship to anywhere in the world for a very low rate. All cell phone cases typically ship for only $5 to anywhere in the world. The only items we do not ship outside the USA are tents. Marine electronics ship to anywhere in the world via USPS Priority Mail International. The cost to ship them is calculated.
- Do you offer FREE Shipping on all of your products?
- Every item that we sell ships to the USA for FREE. We ship with the USPS and UPS so the carrier all depends on the product you purchase. Likewise, all cell phone and laptop cases feature FREE Canada Shipping, and some cell phone cases (all Impact cases) feature FREE Worldwide Shipping.
- I am a customer in the USA, and I made a purchase today. When can I expect it?
- The time it takes us to ship the item and drop it is about 24 hours. From there, it depends what carrier and service your item is being shipped. Most items (cell phone / laptop cases, outdoor gear) ship via USPS First Class Mail. This service takes 2-5 business days but could take up to 10 business days (very rare) due to weather, location, or time of year.
- All purchases come with a FREE Delivery Confirmation number*, which is emailed to you when your item is shipped.
- I am an international customer, and I made a purchase today. When can I expect it?
- Most of our items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. This service normally takes around 6-14 business days; however, USPS advises it could take longer than 14 business days depending upon various circumstances, including customs, weather and the recipients country’s postal system.
- The delivery confirmation number has not been updated and continues to say, “The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for shipment…”
- Please note that although your purchase comes with a delivery confirmation number that was provided in the shipping notification email, it serves only to confirm the delivery of the package. This is not a tracking number so it is not unusual for the status to remain unchanged saying, “The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for shipment…”
- Please note that the receipt of the shipping confirmation email indicates that your item has actually been shipped, despite having a delivery confirmation number that tells you differently.
- I would like to have my item shipped with another carrier or service (such as expedited)…can you do that?
- Absolutely. Just send us an email for a shipping quote.
- I have not received my item, and it has been past the given time frame.
